ArtsLAB is a traveling professional development symposium, presented by MCA each year, in different parts of the state. ArtsLAB is a place where artists, arts professionals, advocates and more, come together to discuss current issues and concerns facing the arts sector. This year, this event will once again be virtual due to the on going Covid-19 pandemic. There will be an interactive artist performance, as well as honest conversations about the arts sector.





Maryland Arts Day is the largest annual gathering of arts professionals in Maryland. With more than 500 participants, representing every county in the state and Baltimore City, this statewide arts advocacy event connects artists, educators, administrators, volunteers and trustees with lawmakers from every legislative district in Maryland. Maryland Arts Day needs your participation to show strong support for the arts in Maryland and its impact on the economic and cultural vitality of the state.



The Maryland Arts Summit is a state wide conference for the arts in Maryland. This event aims to bring the arts community together to celebrate the diversity that exists in this state. Arts Advocates, Arts Educators & Teaching Artists, Independent Artists, Arts Organizations, Youth, Community Stakeholders, Arts and Entertainment Districts, County Arts Agencies of Maryland, Public Artists, Boards of Directors, and Folklife artists are welcomed to submit proposals for the chance to be selected to share their work and community resources with the community at large.
