Outreach Coordinator

The Outreach Coordinator provides direct administrative and clerical support for the St. Mary’s County Arts Council (SMCAC) Executive Director and Board of Directors, including but not limited to the organization of community events, end-of-year Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports, monthly board meetings, the scholarship program, staff meetings, and serves as the Volunteer Coordinator.

Also attends networking events, creates a monthly e-newsletter, runs social media platforms, performs website updates, writes a monthly spotlight feature, plus performs other duties as assigned. Is proficient to cover the gallery and perform related tasks. This position is 30 hours/week.
